Los Angeles to Dallas/Ft. Worth to Pittsburgh to Mars - Friday, 4 July 2019

The flight from Fiji was quite pleasant, with just one brief bit of turbulence. When we were negotiated luggage issues in Nadi, we also asked to relocate our seats so that we would have aisle seats. Little did we know until we got on the plane that we were in Row 7 with 2 aisle seats and 2 empty seats in between. 
Upon arriving in LAX we used our Mobile Passport App and went immediately through immigration. NO one in front of us at all in line. Best $15 I have spent in a while. Claimed and rechecked the luggage and headed to Terminal 4, which was right next door to where we landed. Since we had about a 12 hour layover we opted to get a day pass for the Admirals Club. Good decision. There was food and complimentary wine and beer. 

I was able to catch up on some blogging and we watched the Pirates game on my phone. Our 12:35 flight to DFW was just a bit delayed, but we made up the time inroute. 

At DFW our arrival and departure gates were right next to each other and so we just collapsed while waiting for the flight home.

Arrived in Pittsburgh a bit ahead of schedule and were met by Mark, our driver home. It will feel good to sleep in our own bed tonight and have proper toilet paper!!
